I work with individuals seeking support for a wide variety of reasons. Perhaps to improve relationships or cope with moments of crisis, or in order to deal with very specific issues.
We might be able to manage certain areas of our lives well but for others we feel unprepared or unskilled for. This can result in tension, unhappiness and a sense of failure.

As each person experiences life and specific situations in a different way, I adapt my way of working to each client’s needs.
I believe that trust and the right ‘chemistry’ between client and counsellor are essential to build a relationship that allows clients to feel safe to share difficult and often painful issues.

My clients and I work collaboratively to explore what lies behind emotions, behaviours and thoughts in order to gain more self-awareness and the ability to heal or change if necessary.

I offer face-to-face and online sessions.
